About Us
The OMH Working Group dedicates their time monthly for Working Meeting meetings to discuss opportunities for collaboration with the Health Authority. There is a strong physician representation and nurse practitioners from the small community at the working group meetings and Health Authority attendance.

Support the health, wellness, and professional satisfaction of physicians by fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive medical community. Through recognition initiatives, networking opportunities, and wellness-focused events, we aim to strengthen collegial relationships and promote physician well-being across our region.
Strategic Goal #2: Improve the Quality of Healthcare Service Delivery
Advance patient care by supporting initiatives that enhance healthcare quality, accessibility, and cultural safety. We work collaboratively with healthcare partners to identify opportunities for improvement and help create a more inclusive, effective healthcare system for both patients and providers.
Strategic Goal #3: Engage in Local and Regional Activities that Impact Work Environment and Patient Care
Actively participate in local and regional discussions that influence physician practice environments and healthcare delivery. By collaborating with healthcare organizations, community partners, and neighbouring hospitals, we help address shared challenges and identify opportunities to improve patient care across the region.
